We were allowed to test the bic® kids drawybook. In which your drawings come to life through A app.

The Little Guy Likes to Work With Things From The Craft Cabinet Or With The iPad. Well, That Thing Comes with the Territory Thesis Days. His screen time is limited but every now and then he really gets to spend some time on the iPad.

So He Became Very Happy With The Package We Received Last Week. He quickly saw an icon of a tablet and markers on the package so his interest was piqued.

After My Toddler Discovered the Package, He Tore It Open Enthusiastically. Apparently We Really Could Not Wait Any Longer To Get Started With This. Soon we discovered, in The Package, A Coloring Book and Very Fine Felt-Tip Pens by BIC®.

We Could Get Started.

I Quickly Found the Accompanying (Free) app in the App Store and Downloaded It Onto My iPad. Meanwhile, Little Man was Already Busy Coloring The First Storyboard in The Book. Because the drawybook is not just a coloring book but tells the story of marty and the alien.

The Book Takes You, Together With The App, Through The Space.

I wanted to see that!

PigHeaded As I Am, I Didn't Think It Necessary to Read the Manual At The Front Of The Booklet. Even Though It is very Concise and Clear. I Didn't Think It was Necessary.

I Soon Discovered I had no idea which icon to press in the app.

Which Led to Frustration with My Toddler. Okay, Okay, Mommy Will Just Read How To Do It.

And yes, less than 30 seconds later I was reading that i should start at the front of the book and let the app do the work at the same time. IT Worked Surprisingly Well and Marty's Story Actual Came to Life. While Playing the App You Can Keep On Coloring.

In Between You'll Be Asked To Play A Game Or Take A Picture Of Your Drawing.

In Short, A Truly Interactive Experience.

Is the bic kids drawybook a must-have? I can be letter about that; Yes definitely! The App Encourages Drawing and Coloring, The Texts are not only entertaining but also Very Informative and My Little Man Has a Lot of Fun With The Coloring Book.

Just without an app the book invites to be creative.
